I've not slept because of school, and I'm really tired.
I've also not blogged because of school.
Anyway, I'm gonna nap then I'm gonna actually post some content.
Forever napping,

Mst3k-Girl in the Golden boots
So now that I've watched this movie twice. It still makes no sense.
It seriously makes no sense. Though, if you dissect it in short segments, it makes some sense. Not a lot, but a little. I mean, I suppose you could look at it that way.
Regardless, this is the most confusing and frustrating movie I've ever seen. Thats why I saw it twice. I also saw it with two different perspectives to help me. Dad, and then I saw it with Jenny.
Neither could follow it. I couldn't follow it. I'm chalking this one up to unfollowable. I'll watch it again. I know I will.
I live movies,
Wesley
also, I should say this. There are few things that I will remember more than watching shitty movies with my dad. When his time to go comes, I might have to actually start watching good movies. But yeah, I love my dad, a whole lot.

Sometimes.
Sometimes good things end. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's not. Sometimes it doesn't even feel like an end. Those are tricky.
The beginning like a sunrise, and my future is bright--my past is fleeting. I'm 20. I'm living the best of my life, and I'm also pissing it away working my way through school. This time, I'm going to do what I want, and everything on my own terms. I'm done bending.
Kind of.
Excited,
Wesley

Yuck-S/t
The album kicks off with a song called Get Away, which is a nice lo-fi/shoegaze song. Its very melodic, but also very 'rock and roll' song.
The next cut is, probably one of my favorites, called "The Wall" is another fuzzy buzzy song, but its a love song. A fuzzy, buzzy love song, about longing and yearning.

Sky Wren October 11, 2001- September 17, 2011
Amongst other things in my life that are going in a fuck-all direction, the biggest anchor in my family passed away last nigh. Sky, you were the best dog that I could have asked you to be. You were a rascal, but you were also the most loving creature I've ever seen. We had our fits Sky, but you also made me the happiest boy when I was upset. I will never forget you, and no dog will ever live up to your cunning, or your heart. Godspeed Skydog. If there is a doggie heaven, I hope you're enjoying it. I loved you so much.
This is how I will always remember her.
Goodnight friend,
Wesley

I'm thinking positive
I took a shower, and thanks to my friend Dane, I'm going to start thinking positive.
I've been down, I've been bumming out about a bunch of things that I can't control, but hope that things turn out the right way.
I'm done.
I'm going to live positively, as much as I can.
Night,
Wesley

Well yesterday was interesting.
It started out with me in a lot of pain awaiting a doctors visit (that I was sure was going to be another miss).
Long story short, I wound up at the hospital with a guy cutting open my tonsil to drain a ton of puss out of it.
Thank you to everyone that were there for me, even from a distance.
I'm feeling better now
Lucky,
Wesley

I hate being sick
But I do like to blog.
I've slept about 15 hours today. I'm out of chicken soup, so I tried eating ramen. Its not the same when you're sick.
Regardless, I'll feel better, it just takes time. I think this is a repeat of tonsillitis, which made my early may into a living hell. I see a doctor tomorrow. I hope they at least give me sweet pain meds.
No squirrel upload yet, I've been too busy sleeping.
I'm gonna go to bed again try and forget that today even existed.
Goodnight,
welsey

Funcie
I went up to funcie this weekend to see Erin, and a few other folks. I'm probably going to cut a lot out, not because I want to, but mostly because I can't remember a lot of saturday night. I didn't even drink a drop.
This is the first time I've driven to Muncie, Indiana, and I thought it was going to suck, but the drive isn't that bad. Packed a bunch of stuff so I was ready for the weekend.
I also brought Erin's birthday gifts, (thank you amazon prime.) which she liked very much.
Anyway, so friday, Erin, her room mate, and I walked around the village, and then ended up going to wally-world where we bought this reese's mix. We essentially a big ass reese's cup, and by we, I mean them (I was the one taking pictures). I got a tour of the campus, and just had a really good time. BSU has a really neat campus. I'm really interested in either going to BallU or IU next year, as more of a social experiment than anything. We'll see. We wound up ontop of a parking garage, yelling at passer-bys. Until we yelled at an interesting group, and they joined us. Hilarity insued. They were some neat folks, and taught us all some cool games. Also, recited mitch hedberg jokes. That means they're fucking cool people.
Also, saw this kid that looked like kid cuddi, only younger. It was awesome/weird.
Saturday, we all woke up, got lunch with a cool dude named Taylor, and Erin. Caught up with my friend Aaron that went to high school with me. Talked about some important stuff with Erin. Called Chris to make fun of his lack of running motorcycle. Chris called me later to show me his running motorcycle. Missed Koach Kandy (I'm sorry mike. I love you.), but spent around two hours hanging out with Nathan, and it was fucking hilarious.
Also, Erin and I went to this party at the 'ski lodge', but it was pretty much dead, so we went to "some house show"
turns out it was the same house that we saw Scales and the Pass play at. Cool Dads set was pretty great, and it was hot as balls. Saw Micheal from the band Boom boom, thud thud.
Sunday, ate taco bell, walked around, and was tired as hell.
I might go to Funcie next year, the campus is great, and their teaching programs are top ranked in the nation. It just depends on money, how much I'd like IU, and what credits transfer. Oh well, it was a good weekend, all in all.
My throat feels better too, I think.
I'm also exhausted from all the fucking walking. Such a massive campus. Such a great time. Thank you to everyone I saw, for just letting me see them. Thank you to Sabrina for letting me sleep in Erin and your's dorm. Thank you Erin for having me.
Nap time,
Wesley
P.s. bunny-bunny, bunny-bunny. Toki-toki, toki-toki
P.P.s. I shot a video of this squirrel eating a nut. I'll upload it later. I got so close!

South by South Wes: A retrospective
It all started on a day like today. It was gloomy, it was cold. I was alone. I had been talking with this girl through the internet and text messages, and had made some mixes for her. We were going to trade music.
The first time I saw her, my heart sank. We were so compatible it wasn't even funny. We went to the IMA and talked. We talked about each other. Our lives, dreams, goals, etc. Then we went to go find some food, we were listening to music. She was driving an escort. She drives a stick. We were going to go to bazbeoux to get some 'za. We ended up going to chic-fil-a where she mocked the way I talked.
I was lost.
We went back to my house and talked. The next few weeks are a blur. We went to broadripple together, and bought Best Coast's record. We were in love. We were together constantly: inseparable. I met her parents. We got reese's pieces ice cream from culvers. I was going to kiss her that night. I didn't
The next day I did.
A week later I was confused when she said she didn't want to date.
A week from that we were a couple.
We went to muncie together for a concert and was concerned about how awkward it would be with me there. It wasn't awkward, it was magical.
We went to prom together, and had a fantastic time. We danced, laughed, and at the end--didn't have the cliche post-prom sex. We went down town to walk around and talk.
She graduated high school, and went to new york. We talked constantly then. She came home--she wept. She cried because she missed me.
We were, undoubtedly in love.
She took my virginity.
I gave her my innocence.
We looked at art, a lot.
She was really the first girl that I cared about kissing, and kissed passionately.
She let me cry in her lap when I couldn't eat because I had tonsillitis so bad.
You let me cry as I had an emotional break down because of school. Then we made pizza. That's the moment I wanted it to last.
She went to a car show with me in the hot Kentucky sun.
We had inside jokes.
She let me around her when I was high as shit after getting my wisdom teeth out, and put up with me when I was angry.
We had the time of our lives. We first kissed on march 18th.
I don't know what the future holds, but I know what the past keeps. We were in love. We were very much in love. We had a bond that few people will understand and I hope everyone gets to feel it. Call it puppy love, but we were very mature about it. She didn't want a boyfriend, but I became hers.
I know that right now its hard to talk about, and hard to deal with, but Erin, please don't forget that I love you. Whatever the future holds, never forget that we were in love and remember how great it was.

Wes

Fall.
Monday, it became fall.
I made this mix, 'cause they're all kinda cold.
Its freezing in Indiana, I'm gonna miss this summer for a lot of reasons.
Its been a long story and I'll talk about it here, but I'm feeling well.
I saw super 8 with Erin on saturday night, which was dope.
Talked a lot on Sunday, and I cried like a bitch. Its probably why I feel as well as I do now. Thank you for letting me cry like a bitch.
Monday, Erin and I split a 20 piece nug, and had a fantastic time playing in a local super store.
I'll never forget that weekend.
Goodnight,
Wesley.
P.s. Homework sucks. Writing for friend's publications is fun. I have the best friends in the world.

Little Star
Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder where you are. Wish I may, wish I might, make this wish come true to tonight. Searched all over for a love, you're the one I'm thinking of.
Bumming out.
Hurry the fuck up mail.

The only thing I'm going to miss about Philadelphia, is you.
I'll write about my summer when I'm ready to write about my summer. which, I think will be best in the winter.
There is a lot going on in my life. A lot that I won't write about here. Which is ironic, as the whole point of this blog is to tell strangers my secrets. Oh well.
Its easy to give up. It is very easy to get mad, get revenge, and then cut whatever hurt you out of your life. Its human nature. When have I done something the easy way?

I'm not sure what is going to happen. I'm not sure what I want to happen. I'm just sure that, in sixty years when I'm on my death bed, I will be happy. Damn happy.
I'm gonna talk about how well school is going now.
The first week has been rad. Lots of friends, new and old. Filling up the time that I should have been doing homework, but its alright. I'm looking forward to this semester for a lot of things. Its the end of something old, and the start of a new life essentially. I'm probably gonna move out at the beginning of the year, or school year (depending on what happens), and it will all just be a new experience. Something that I'm glad I won't have to go through alone, and I will get to share with the people around me that love me.
Its gonna be a good year.
Also, to a lady.

"The most remarkable thing about you standing in the doorway is that it's you, and that you are standing in the doorway"
I went through a few folks facebook pages (Through the past couple of years, which takes forever), and I went through mine. Its funny how lives interplay and cross each other. Sometimes sticking, sometimes not. All thanks to a social networking website. Its a long story, and I will talk about in person.
Going to Georgia.

P.s. Its strange when you go to yell at someone and you don't. You go, but you don't yell. I think that's being mature.

Summer is Done
I'll make a longer post, with a lot more detail--however, in order to keep up with those out of the loop of my life.
Summer is over.
I had a lot of fun, but its done.
However, this school year is shaping up to be amazing. I've so many friends that I forgot were there, and so much to do. I'm so lucky.
Again, I'll have some details about the summer, and explaining some of the things going on in my life now.
Carry on,
Wesley

Summer fun
Summer is winding down into the abyss that is fall. I love fall, don't get me wrong, its just that all the loose ends of summer are finally tying together for goodbyes and all of that. I like fall, its one of the three months that I particularly like, but I just don't like to see people go away. I'm excited to meet some folks at school, just not to see my lady go two hours away.
I am very much excited for the pile up though. FBLC should be representing strongly.
The Chowder Choppers will start heavy next year, as Chris mcghee is getting his ass home to NAPTOWN.
I'll make a post about the summer in review tomorrow or friday.
Good morning,

I'm sorry I'm a failure.
Yesterday, I decided to go to my school and get my parking tag, and check out my financial status.
It turns out I'm retarded. I'm short around a grand for this and next semester, plus books.
I called my dad, and long story short, got into a little argument, then eventually scraped together the coin, and I proceeded to cry like a little bitch.
I wasn't nervous or scared about the money. I wasn't scared that my father would be mad. I didn't care about any of that.
I cried like a bitch, because I knew I let my father, and the rest of my family down. I let myself down.
I don't deserve what I get, in respect to how I treat others sometimes.
People do more for me, then I do for them--thus, I am a failure as a son, and a friend a lot of the times.
Sorry,
Wesley
P.s. Fuck the government's approach to financial aid. Seriously, fuck that noise. Just because my parents made a little too much money (last year), doesn't exactly mean that we're able to keep my ass in school. Fuck this shit, I'm gonna find some scholarships or sell a fucking kidney.
P.p.s. I'm still buying max schaaf vans. fuck.

In our Space Hero Suits (2008) - Those dancing days
If you don't like feel good/sad pop music, then don't read this--no. Don't read my blog.
If you do, go buy this record and support this band.

I recently found out about this band, thanks to Youtube searching, and have been floored by the quality of everything. They're an all girl band, and that doesn't really make a difference, because unlike groups like the vivian girls, they're all excellent musicians. I'm not knocking the vivian girls, I'm a fan, but these folks are an all girl Bloc Party, only with sunshine and great music coming from their instruments.
I could break this album down, song by song, but that would be pointless. Not because all of the songs run together, but because they're simply all-fucking-good. Every last one. They are each their own entity, but each perfect.
Seriously. please listen?
Later,
Wesley
